My favorite style icon on the Vogue Cover!

Isn't she absolutely gorgeous? I'm absolutely addicted to Gossip Girl. Not just when I saw the first episode of the show, no, way before! When I bought the first book (which the tv-series are originaly based on the book series by Cecily von Ziegesar) I was hooked, forever. Now I have all the books in my collection. Love them!


Usually I'm not a great fan of translating books into tv-series or movies
cause I think they ruin the magic by casting people who don't match the character. Well, for Serena van der Woodsen, they couldn't have done a better job by casting Blake Lively. The 22-year old has off and on screen amazing sense of style! She is often seen in the most beautiful outfits, and since she became very populair thanks to GG, she also gets clothes send to her by all the famous designers. Lucky girl!

So it was no surprise that she covered the current issue of Vogue (again!) She is just stunning! But what I like the most about here is her sparkling, charming character. Whether it's a tv-interview or an interview in a magazine, Blake seems always happy and down to earth. She has also like the perfect figure, curvy and she has very long legs. I like how she plays with accessoiries and how she matches her bags with her boots. According to GG-stylist Eric Damon, is Blake's style almost equal to her character SvdW. And so she often brings a bag or jewellery to the set that can be used perfectly for her role as Serena.

I can't hardly wait for season 4 to start, to see what Serena/Blake will be wearing then!
